What drives Kamloops prices

Kamloops is an interior BC trucking junction. Hwy 1, Hwy 5 through the Coquihalla, and Hwy 16 all meet here. That makes the city a distribution and transshipment hub for the southern interior. Freight moving between the coast and the prairies funnels through Kamloops, and loads get sorted and handed off before heading north, south, or back toward Vancouver. The junction is the whole reason freight stops here, and it is what gives Kamloops its place in the BC freight network.
