How this is worked out
Plain arithmetic, no hidden assumptions.
The prices offered are retail survey averages from NRCan, inclusive of all taxes. They are not rack prices and not what a fleet on a fuel card pays, which is usually lower. If you know your card price, enter it.
Consumption is the field that changes the answer most, and it is the one we refuse to guess at. Pull the figure from your own records rather than accepting a number off a website.
