What drives Prince Albert prices

Prince Albert is the gateway to northern Saskatchewan. Highways 2, 3, and 11 meet here, and forestry anchors the local economy. It is the last big stop on the road north, where the southern network hands off to the northern bush. For a carrier this is a junction town, a point where the corridors come together and freight turns toward the north. The forests it serves are the reason the town exists, and the road junction is the reason freight passes through it.
