What drives Moose Jaw prices
Moose Jaw sits on the Trans-Canada, on Highway 1 across southern Saskatchewan. Agriculture and potash anchor the local economy. The town sits near Regina, just down the highway from the provincial capital, and the two markets share the same corridor. For a carrier this is a small stop tucked close to a larger one. Its freight is the grain and potash that move through the southern prairie, and its place on the map is defined by the highway that runs straight through it.
