What drives Campbellton prices

Campbellton sits in northern New Brunswick on the Restigouche River, at the Hwy 11/17 junction near the Quebec border. The river and the border both define the town. Hwy 11 and Hwy 17 meet here, which makes Campbellton a junction market on the edge of the province. The junction puts traffic on two corridors instead of one, and the Restigouche River runs alongside. A northern border town at a highway junction is defined by those two facts, the river and the meeting of roads.
